New DEI presentations and workshops
As we move into the latter stages of the year, we are very pleased to launch a range of interactive, lived experience based new DEI presentations and workshops.
Designed to challenge perceptions and unconscious bias, these events are to help companies get across what DEI means, how it can apply and become a living part of the culture.
We all learn through repetition which is why there is a wide range of DEI topics to choose from.
The presentations tend to last an hour, any longer than that, even with an interactive presentation, people have had enough.
The work shops can be a 90 minute session, a half or a full day session, it all depends on what you want to cover.
The audience will have their perceptions challenged, their comfort zone pushed as they see the world from other peoples point of view, which is why we collaborate with real people living with different disabilities and these sessions give them to space to share their views on life.
The conversations can be internalised and help address any ongoing issues within the work place, the work shops in particular are very powerful and can be emotional as well.
