Lived Experience DE&I Workshop

People never have the same lived experiences and it can be difficult to try to imagine the life of someone else.

​

In our fully interactive lived experience DE&I workshops, we work with and bring in collaborators to share with you their lived experience and to help you actually experience their life. We can bring in collaborators from many walks of life to really help you and your colleagues see life from a different perspective.

​

We have workshops designed for CEO and senior leaders, leadership teams, management teams and operational staff and contractors.

​

A fully interactive Inclusivity work shop working with collaborators to run a work shop that helps your people see the world through different eyes, that opens your eyes to how the world can be very different for different people.

​

These sessions are all about open, honest and sometimes vulnerable discussions to build better team work and collaboration.

​

We appreciate how brief this is as a description, it is designed to give you ideas that we can then discuss should you wish to book a call.

The workshops are flexible for small or larger groups, for smaller groups we suggest an half day workshop, for larger groups we suggest a full day workshop.

 

These sessions are designed to open mindsets and challenge unconscious bias. Delivered for maximum effect in person.
